How we score
The check has 15 questions in four areas: clarity, documentation and rules, process, and motivation and data. Each answer scores 0, 1, 2 or 3 points. The total score is your points as a percentage of the 45 possible, and each area is scored the same way.
0-49 is At risk, 50-74 is Works, but vulnerable, and 75-100 is Healthy. Every answer below full score gives a concrete recommendation. Your top three priorities are the ones where you miss the most points. On a tie, the legal and control points come first.
The legal recommendations are based on Danish rules (the Salaried Employees Act, the Holiday Act and the Employment Contracts Act) and are general guidance, not advice. Always check your collective agreement and employment contracts. Your answers are only kept in your browser until the tab is closed, and are not sent to us.
Frequently asked questions
What is a healthy commission plan?
A plan reps understand and can check themselves, that is written down with rules for changes, clawbacks, absence and leaving, and that is calculated and approved in a set way before it goes to payroll.
Is the score a legal assessment?
No. The check is a self-assessment for guidance. It points to common risks, for example a missing written agreement or commission during holiday and sickness, but it does not replace advice from a lawyer or your employers' organisation.
Can I save the result?
Yes. Choose Download as PDF on the result to save or print the report with date, answers and recommendations. If you reload the page, your answers are still there until the tab is closed.
Who is the check for?
