Palette and Prowi both calculate sales commission from your CRM and give reps live dashboards. Palette is a French, Y Combinator-backed company aimed at mid-market teams. Prowi is built in Denmark for Nordic sales teams, with a native rep app and direct links to Nordic payroll and accounting.
The short answer
Choose Palette if you are a mid-market company with 100 to 1,000 employees, you need billing and accounting connectors such as NetSuite, Xero, Stripe or Pennylane, or you want to A/B test commission plans.
Choose Prowi if you pay salaries through Danish or Nordic payroll systems, you calculate commission from e-conomic or Dinero invoices, you want a native app for reps, or you are a smaller team that wants to pay per user.

What a 15-person team pays
List prices for 15 users. Palette's pricing page shows two Starter prices, $590 and $790 per month, without saying which is monthly and which is annual, so we show both.

| Prowi Business | €735 | €8,820 | Billed annually. Plus onboarding from €1,449 |

Integrations
Both connect to HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive. Palette adds Close, Bullhorn, Outreach and Sellsy, plus billing, accounting and data-warehouse connectors common in France and the US. Prowi adds Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Podio, sends approved commission directly to Zenegy, creates files for Visma, Danløn and other payroll systems, and uses invoices from e-conomic, Dinero and Fenerum as the commission trigger.
Implementation
Palette makes no official claim about implementation time, and reviewers report anything from a couple of weeks to longer. Most teams are live on Prowi in about two weeks, including a parallel test where Prowi calculates a period you have already paid, so you can check every number before reps see it.
Which should you choose?
Palette is a strong choice for a mid-market company with finance tools like NetSuite or Pennylane. Prowi fits better if your team is in the Nordics, pays through Danish payroll, or wants reps to follow their commission in an app.
