Integrations

Both connect to HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive. QuotaPath covers more US tools: more CRMs, US accounting systems and BI tools on Premium, and Rippling as its only payroll system. Prowi covers the systems Nordic companies run: Zenegy, Visma, Danløn and other Danish payroll systems, plus e-conomic, Dinero and Fenerum for invoice-based commission. Prowi also connects to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Podio, and takes data from any system through its REST API or CSV/MySQL.

Implementation

QuotaPath states an average of 45 to 60 days on Growth and 60 to 90 days on Premium, with implementation included in the platform fee. Prowi charges a one-off onboarding fee, and most teams are live in about two weeks. Onboarding includes a parallel test, where Prowi calculates a period you have already paid, so you can check every number before reps see it.

Which should you choose?

If you are a North American company with US accounting needs, QuotaPath is a strong, well-reviewed choice. If you run a sales team in Denmark or the Nordics, Prowi fits better: it connects to the payroll and accounting systems you already use, keeps data in the EU, costs less for a team of 15, and gives reps an app they open every day.
